How do Faucet Water Filter Work and Why You Need One?

A small body brings efficient filtration - you definitely need a faucet water filter.
How does the filtering work?
When you turn on the faucet, the water first passes through a non-woven screen around the filter. This screen captures sediment such as sand and dust.
Next, the water flows through a compressed carbon. Natural coconut shell activated carbon like the one used by YUNDA, which removes more than 99% Residual Chlorine, Color, Odor, VOC, THM's, etc. As water passes through, the contaminants fill up the surface area.
The longer the carbon's contact with the water, the more chemicals can be removed. There is a graphic analogy that “Think of it almost like a parking garage, with a certain number of spaces to put stuff—when those places are full, it’s time to replace the filter.”
Yes, it is also necessary to change the cartridge on time. YUNDA's faucet water filter is replaced every six months, so you only need two cartridges a year to ensure water health. Is this a good deal?

Why do i need a faucet water filter?
Simply put, you get filtered, clean water for very little money.
Wait a moment before you buy, do a cursory survey of the water quality where you live. Rest assured that most of the raw water being transported to your home has already passed the initial filtration by the municipality. Still, the water seems to contain harmful elements, such as arsenic. At the same time, day after day of filtration can cause secondary contamination of the plumbing. Although water quality after the initial filtration has increased, don't expect it to be clean.
Consequently, for this level of water, using a faucet water purifier can give you unexpected results:
1. Relatively inexpensive and easy to purchase
2. Easy to install
3. Remove chlorine and lead while also reducing more significant numbers of sediments
4. Improve the overall taste and remove the chemical odor
If you do not clear which faucet water filter is good, let's take an example.
YUNDA is a brand with 21 years of experience in water purification. It produces faucet water filters:
1. NSF certisfied
2. Ultrafiltration
3. Safe material
4. Stable flow rate
5. Extended lifespan
Usually, filters with better performance are relatively expensive, but YUNDA has achieved a suitable price for high quality. If you need a faucet filter at this stage, you may want to buy it and try it out.
Be warned that it will never work if you filter a highly contaminated water source that has never been tested and treated with a small faucet filter. If you live in a rural area, the water used in your home comes from a well, lake, river, reservoir, or an underground source such as an aquifer. We suggest that you invest in a more advanced filtration system, such as a Reverse Osmosis water filter system, which can effectively reduce contaminants by 95% and provide you with purer water.
Summary
When the water quality is not extremely poor, it seems incredibly appropriate to buy a faucet filter. It allows you to wash fruits, cook, make hand-brewed coffee, or even clean your face, wash your hands, give your pet's water with great peace of mind, and make delightful coffee.
However, to the extent that the water source is heavily polluted, it is not recommended to buy.
We hope you can enjoy a healthy water life!
